All 10 standard compounds used in this study (DL-Arginine, Adenine, Uracil, liquiritin, Ferulic acid, Liquiritigenin, Z-Ligustilide, Isoliquiritigenin, Senkyunolide A, and Isoimperatorin) with a purity >98% were all purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). Methotrexate (MTX) was purchased from Shanghai Xinyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China) and was used as the positive control.

D-(-)-Fructose, gallic acid, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, loganic acid, chlorogenic acid, gentiopicroside, ferulic acid, isoorientin, liquiritigenin, liquiritin, nodakenin, rutin, 20-hydroxyecdysone, senkyunolide I, hydroxysafflor yellow A, quercetin, salicylic acid, kaempferol, isoliquiritigenin, amentoflavone, E-ligustilide, kaempferide, isoimperatorin, levistolide A, Z-ligustilide (purity > 98%) were purchased from Weikeqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). CFA was purchased from Chondrex, Inc (Woodinville, USA).

The standard compounds for establishment of Linear Correlation Prediction Model, such as Atractylenolide III, Scutebarbatine A, Benzoylpaeoniflorin and Caudatin were purchased from ShangHai YuanYe Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China; Morusin and Resveratrol were purchased from Chengdu Must Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China; Isoimperatorin was purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi-biotech Co., Ltd., China; Wogonin, Magnolol, Curcumin, Arctigenin, Diosmetin and Phillygenin were purchased from Chengdu Ruifensi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China; Apigenin was purchased from Dalian Melone Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China. The standard compounds for verification of prediction results of Linear Correlation Prediction Model, Imperatorin and Kushenol F, were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi-biotech Co., Ltd., China. And Obacunone, Cimifugin and Blinin were purchased from Chengdu Ruifensi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., China. The purity of all standards used was more than 98%.
